The button on the far right is flashing two red lights and I am unable to send anything to print.
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: Since I changed the printer cartridges yesterday afternoon.
JA: What is the exact make and model of your printer? And what kind of cartridges are you using?
Customer: It is an EPSON XP-100 and I have been using Printec Imaging cartridges for over a year without any problems previously.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have been turning the printer off, leaving it and then turning it on again. I have unplugged it from the power point and reinstall the power lead.
JA: The printer expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: No thank you.

I have just plugged the printer in at the power source and turned it on and the two red lights are still flashing.

Can you open the printer and remove the print cartridges.

Then close the printer

I can open the printer but the cartridges sit under a cover and are secure i.e. I would have to force the cartridge holder out. I am able to do this without damaging the printer?
