Do you see any lights/indicators on the printer display?
Okay, is it showing an error message?
Are there any errors or messages showing on the printer?If you go into the printer settings, does it show as connected to the wifi?
Do you mean the power button? Or something else?
If you try to make a copy on the printer, from the glass, does that work?
That is not what I am asking.
Please test a copy for me.
So the printer will not respond to any buttons you press on the front panel (menu, settings, copy, fax, etc)?
