Received power-fail report for a number of items. what does

received power-fail report for a number of items. what does this mean? how do I correct it
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: J4580 all in one. Old is relative. It ain't new
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: I'm only using it for faxes. It isn't hooked up to anything else
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I don't use it much. It issued a report that 4 faxes starting from Aug 3 through the 12th were not received
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Where to get a good cup of coffee. I'm also having a problem using the feeder to fax out. Something seems wrong up there that i'm not really capable of deciphering
