I have a HP Office Jet 5610 all in One printer Recently it

Good Morning
I have a HP Office Jet 5610 all in One printer
Recently it is not allowing me to scam onto my computer from the printer
troubleshoot appears stating There are no scan options and that ther is no Computer connection
However I still can print checks and photocopy
I am not hardwired into my Dell laptop however that never made a difference before

Okay thank you. The quickest thing to try is to completely uninstall the HP software then reinstall it. Go to this LINK first and download it, then install it and follow the on screen instructions.
