ok, I provided the video as you asked how to open the rear of the printer.
Have you followed the other videos to ensure that the paper is not stuck in another section of the printer?
Can you see the piece of paper?
Did you actually see a tear on the paper you removed?
ok, Get a piece of card and manually push it though all the paper guides to dislodge any paper from the back please.

All directions as it will depend where the paper is lodged.
So start by front to back and if no success then back to front.
Your pushing the card through where the paper feeds and comes out.
The leavers are for releasing the printer, this is why I provided the videos as it shows you the exact function to do this.
You need them in the up position as per the video I gave.
Then feed the paper through manually.
You need to use a bit of force as it will go through, the card also needs to be stiff enough as not to bend
Not yet, if you can get a strong enough piece of board you will be able to force it through and it should get the paper out.
The next step is dismantling it, but the card nearly always works for my customers
It needs to be pushed through quite hard but it will accept it, I think the card your using is too thin or the rollers may have locked up and this is the cause of the error (the drive motor seized or a gear has broken which can make it believe it is jammed).
But if the card cannot go through then the only option is to have is dismantled so the path can be checked as well as the gears and the drive motor which they will have to do at a service center.
You have already paid the deposit which was for the service I provided to go through all possible causes and rule them out to confirm the problem.
This is what we did and what you paid for. If we were only paid for fixing an issue, no one would have taken your question due to the possibility of it not being resolvable. But of course, it is up to you as the customer whether you wish to pay me for the service recieved, but you now have the issue confirmed by me and know what you need to do.
