- Can you close the Toolbox program for now, then press the SCAN button on printer
, then highlight option Remote Scanner, then press OK, then the screen should show "Remote Scanner. Waiting online..."
, then open the Toolbox program , then select PDF option
, then click on START, and check.

Does it give any other option / settings besides "Connect computer"?
