Hello, my name is ***** ***** I'll be assisting you. It sounds like you may need to reinstall the drivers for the printer.
The drivers are the software that makes the hardware work. If the driver is corrupted, then it is not going to work properly and may be telling your cd tray that it doesn't exist.
I see that you have Windows 10.
Go to SEARCH on your PC, type in DEVICES AND PRINTERS. Find your printer. Right click on it. DELETE it.
Unplug your printer from the computer.
Click here to download the new driver for your printer.
You will have to accept the terms on the page and instructions for download are ON the page.
Once you do that and install the driver, plug your printer back in and try to print your disc.
Please let me know if this doesn't work or if you need help.
If this DOES resolve, please remember to rate my answer with 3 stars or more so that I may receive credit for assisting you!
Were you able to resolve this? Let me know!
You are welcome.
Yes, let me know!
