JA: Just to clarify, have you double-checked the code? And what is the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: 100-240V, C11CD19401 L1, CD19401 1341 - make any sense?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Turned on and off
JA: The printer expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?

Hi there,

Expert:  Electronics Pete replied 2 months ago.

My name is***** will try my best to help you with your question.

Error code 0xF1 indicates that there may be a paper jam somewhere in the printer.

Open up all the doors and flaps and check for a paper jam first.

If nothing is found, then the problem is more serious - perhaps the printhead has failed - and the printer will need to be returned under warranty.

Kindly rate my service 5 stars at the top of your question page if my answer helped so I am rewarded for my time; tips appreciated :)
