Thanks for replying back to me.
Error Code 37013.40 indicates "Inkmelt 3 (Black) disconnect. The inkmelt heater is not drawing the expected power from the supply".
If problem persists after replacing the Ink Loader, check to see if the ink AC cable is connected and not damaged in any way.

On the 8860MFP, you can reset the printer by clicking the Reset Printer button on the web interface.
You can also reset it from the control panel.
