Phaser 8860mfp. Error code 37,013.40 I changed the ink loader, same error. What else can I do?

Thanks for replying back to me.

Error Code 37013.40 indicates "Inkmelt 3 (Black) disconnect. The inkmelt heater is not drawing the expected power from the supply".

If problem persists after replacing the Ink Loader, check to see if the ink AC cable is connected and not damaged in any way.

Hello Pete,I did change the Inkloader, checked the AC cable. It all seems all right. I do remember when changing an ink loader with a Phaser 8560, that I had to do a reset at the back, where the on off switch is etc. Can you help me with that part?

On the 8860MFP, you can reset the printer by clicking the Reset Printer button on the web interface.

You can also reset it from the control panel.

When restarting the printer it stops at the error code and get stuck there. No reset possible from that state...

Hello Pete,Yes, I can access the website of the printer. I could not find a reset button though. What I did, however, was in diagnostic mode, clear the faults history and the faults icl (?). All to no avail. I have to rest it now for a moment, for I am going away. I will try and get another Inkloader. It is possible the one I got, was not good after all.Thank you for your help so far.
