The test said to uninstall and reinstall with the CD/ How do I uninstall.

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Are you currently able to make a copy from the printer's glass (not printing from the computer)?

Was it working fine previously? Or is this a new printer or new computer, etc.?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

It is new. Installed by my computer tech. Was working until I added the fax. Now the fax is working but not the printer. I ran the test and it printed out the fax report and all was well. But now I can't print. The test said I had to uninstall the printer and then reinstall. But how?

Thank you. Please click on Start -> Settings -> System -> Apps... and remove the HP printer program there.

- If needed, please press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard, then type control then click OK, then open Programs / Programs and Features and uninstall the HP printer program if it's there.
