Then, when I did respond you said you wanted a refund. So, I spent my time researching this issue for you in good faith and if you had been just a bit more patient we would already be working on targeted and specific repair steps.

I also, did not subscribe you for anything. You must have clicked on the free trial or subscription offer and accepted it, as that is the only way in which you would be subscribed for anything. This link will help you cancel that subscription
