Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

Where did the error appear, please?

And what computer are you trying to set up the Epson WF-2630 on, also?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
During set-up - next step was to load Soft ware - but Scanner Error 00 persisted -
Computer is a Dell but I never got to that stage !
Also this is a new Printer picked up a few days ago !!! Under Warranty.
Expert:  Russell H. replied 2 months ago.

Where did the error 00 Scanner Error appear?

On the printer itself?

Or, on the computer screen, please?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
On the Printer - before any involvement with my Computer or a Network involvement.
I must before any more dialogue remind you I consider this situation to be a Warranty situation - if not I will pursue this problem thru the normal Warranty process. Which maybe the best way to go .
However, thanks Russell for your help either way .

JustAnswer is not a warranty partner with any corporation that I know of.

I guess I had better Opt Out, then. Good luck, and thank you for asking your question here.
