Ok, try this. Unplug the cable from your computer. Click on start, then 'Devices and Printers'. When this window opens, you should see an icon for your printer. RIGHT click on that icon and select 'Remove Device'. Once it is removed, plug your cable back in. Windows should install the printer automatically. Once it is done, try to print something. Let me know if it works or not.
