First download and install the latest scanner drivers from here --> http://support.ricoh.com/bb/pub_e/dr_ut_e/0001227/0001227144/V43302/z56988en.exe
Also install this --> http://support.ricoh.com/bb/pub_e/dr_ut_e/0001227/0001227967/V1024/z57199L11.exe
(Open and run the downloaded installer to install the drivers)
After installing them, go to Start > All Programs and select Windows Fax and Scan.
Does it recognize your scanner ?
The two files I sent you are scanner drivers which is from official Ricoh website. Please install them.
