Don't have HP Photo and Imaging Gallery on Windows 10 so my scan fromhp psc 2210 all-in-one says no connection/no scan. get HP software
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Guess it's 5-8 years old, exact model is "hp psc 2210 all-in-one"
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Windows 10 Home version and it is a HP Envy computer
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Haven't tried to scan a document with the new HP Envy since I bought it about 8 months ago
