Hi, my name is ***** ***** I am happy to assist!

Have you had a look yet at http://www.support.xerox.com/docu/NuveraEA_cd/ugta/english/paper_10.htm ?

This should give you some assistance in what to do when it is prompting you to load the legal tray.

IN addition, delete all existing print jobs if this doubles as a printer and restart the copier - it could be someone sent in a print job as a legal size, which could cause the error. You can also try loading the bypass tray with legal paper to see if it will clear the error.

All other jobs print with no issue, just this one.

Please confirm this is a one time charge. Not reaccuring.

I can confirm fees are on a per-question basis and not recurring.

Also, that is extremely pertinent information that this is with a single print job - thank you!

In this case, the issue likely is not with the copier, but that the job sent somewhere has it defined as needing to print out on legal. Check printing preferences for the job, and verify it is not defaulting to printing on legal size for the document size. If it is or is set to auto, you may want to over-ride it to letter.

Note that these settings will be on the PC when you print, and not on the copier itself. It may be necessary to clear the old job and re-print to get it to go as well.

I looked at the link. This does not help.
Expert:  Joseph Varner replied 4 months ago.

Were you able to clear the print job and resubmit, and check the print preferences to make sure they are set to letter before submitting?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I did all of this before I contacted you. I don't believe you can help me.
Expert:  Joseph Varner replied 4 months ago.

Ok, my apologies then, I will opt out so that another tech can assist.

I don't want to start over with another tech.
