On your windows 10 computer, go to this folder
C / Windows / System 32 / Spool / Printers
Now, select everything in the printers folder and delete it.. This will get rid of the stuck job.. And allow you to print normally.
Try that, let me know if it works and then send a reply with the results..
I strive to provide great service, and greatly appreciate a 5 star rating clicked and submitted when you are satisfied.. I always answer follow up questions.Dustin S.Senior Technician and Network Switching Systems Operator / Maintainer.
