Hello, and thank you for choosing JA for your support needs. Happy to assist you with this issue.
Did you set this Printer up or did another person do it? Is this in a home or office setting?
OK. What were you trying to do with the Printer, Sir or Madam?
What process did you use? From the directions or?
Instructions, where did they come from?
OK, I have a procedure for you to implement. Please hold, Sir or Madam.
Please do this:
shut printer off
the uplug power cord from back of the printer
unplug the power cord from wall socket or strip
let it sit 5 minutes in this state
plug power cord into the printer
plug power cord to wall socket
if printer does not come on push start button.
The Error should now be gone. If not let me know.
Ok, Sir or Madam.
Now try it, Sir or Madam.
Try this one:
1 - On the screen on the printer scroll and press set up. Scroll down and press preferences. Change your keyboard setting to AZERTY. (odd solution, but it worked)
2 - Then choose the option to "Reset to factory defaults."
3 - Run the Wireless Wizard and re-select the Router.
Did this work?
Ok. The error is gone correct?
Excellent, Sir or Madam.
Thank you kindly for your Business.
