Please do me a small favor, please unplug the Printer for 5 minutes. Make sure any and all cables from it. This will allow the Printer to reset.

Ok, please reboot our PC and turn off the Printer. Then reboot. After the PC has fully rebooted, then turn the Printer on.
Did the Print come preinstalled with the extra tray or was it added later?
Ok. There is the issue. Did you add it or was it added for you?
Ok, who or where was it added for you? The issue is, that the Sensor for that tray must be checked and cleaned, Sir or Madam.
Now we can use a Vacuum or a can of Compressed Air to blow any debris from the Sensor.
