If you haven't already done so, can you shut down and restart both the Imageclass printer and the Chromebook.
Let me know if that works?
Can any other devices print ok to the printer, either through normal network connections or via Google Cloud Print?
There are some compatibility issues, yes - could you forward the print jobs to your husband's computer and print from there?
