Hi, my name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you today.
It can possibly be fixed. You can take the cartridges out, put them back in, turn off the printer, unplug it, then plug it back in and that may resolve it. If that doesn't work, it is probably a sensor, or there may be gunk on the sensor that detects the cartridge.
Did it charge you more than what you agreed to? Unfortunately, I don't see that side of it.
Oh no. That's if we remote into your system.
And I agree, if it came to that, which in this case it wouldn't, I would tell you to purchase another before I would ever do that.
I'm an honest technician - it's a my best asset and my worst. LOL
Then, yes, your printer may need a proper burial. It has lived a good life.
That's is absolutely fine with me. I will send this to a moderator and have them adjust it for you, since I don't have that ability. They usually take care of it right away.
