Hello, my name is ***** ***** I will be assisting with your inquiry today.

Error 1203 is a problem with the cartridges or a short near the printhead.

Remove the ink cartridges and make sure that there is no gunk where the contacts for the cartridges are, and put them back in. Then unplug the machine and plug it back in after counting to 10.

What exactly is your scanner not accepting?
