Good morning; I have on the WF-2650 screen this message: Error
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: Scanner error 11. Turn the machine off and on and if this doesn't work, call tech support
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just what it said: turned it off and on 10 tens, unplugged it from the wall and re-plugged it in. Unplugged the cord from the back and plugged it back in. Nothing works
JA: The printer expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: No I think that does it

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
