Customer Question

I am looking for a technician that has experience with large format printers,
and hopefully with my or similar models.
I have an Caono IPF8300 printer with error code E161-403E.
It also sells Call for Service.
Research shows it needs a new print head, due to over heating.
It looks like I need to enter service mode to do the replacement,
as the functions are very limited in the current condition.
I have never entered service mode before.
Is there any way to tell which of the print heads needs replacing?
Is there some way to clear this message so I can return to
normal navigation on my printer?
Thanks,
Joe

You may be able to remove each one and look for heat damage by inspection. I really do not have previous experience with this issue. Do you want me to bring in other experts who may be able to help?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Do you have experience with large format printers like mine?
Expert:  JKalman replied 4 months ago.

Only with installation. Not with electromechanical problems. I can opt out and someone else will pick this up for you. Or we can struggle through it together.

I'd rather just close this question, thanks.

I do see that your printhead has several levels of overheating protection.
