we are trying to reset our mx410 printer to our pc and I only get to lan settings and then nothing any further from instructions, what am I doing wrong?

To get started, I need to know what type of computer you are using, a Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or a Mac.

If its a Mac, please check the OSX version as follows, Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.

Also, when was the last time you remember the printer would work with your PC ?

When you get to step 6, id recommend not choosing WPS, and instead scrolling left and right and manually selecting your network, hitting ok, and then entering the password ***** your wireless network. Remember, the asterisk key will let you change between upper case, lower case, numbers and symbols
