My home internet is not working and I went into microsoft and it said sincr power outage due to severe weather my cox internet has been disconnected. Can you please help me?

I am the person that will be helping you today. Let's go ahead and get started. Please, follow the instructions below on one of the computers in your network:

- Plug the compute rinto your router/modem with a network cable.

- Hold down the two following keys at the same time: Windows key and the letter R
- In the box that comes up, type: cmd
- Click the Ok button.
- In the black window, type the following and press Enter: ipconfig
- Press Enter
