I have an HP Office Jet Pro 8500A. I just installed all new ink cartridges. However, the black ink is not printing. What can I do to fix this?

Can you try to make a black and white copy (not scan) of any document and let me know, if you get the black ink or not on the page ?

Please remove and reseat the new cartridge and let me know if that helps.
