How old is your Officejet?
ALso does it get a lot of use?
And are you saying the black cartridge is not working?
And will it still print black by mixing the other colors or do you get no black print?
Hi thank you for all that information. On this one there is a mechanical issue for sure.
We could help further but you would need to get into the machine and work on it with us. But...that would void your warranty.
The best way to handle this is to contact HP using phone information in your user manual and on the warranty card. That is the quickest way to have one repaired or replaced. That will be your choice when you call them. Tell them you simply would like a replacement printer.
