i have changed the toner cartridge but the only light on my printer is the blue ON switch. What could be wrong and what do I do in order to print?

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Was it working fine before replacing the ink toner?

Which lights were on when the printer was working fine previously?

Can you turn off the printer, then disconnect the power cord from it for a couple of minutes, then re-connect, then turn on. What's the status of all the lights now?

What happens when you print from the computer? Is there any error or message?
