Customer Question

Hi i am wanting to know if i can scan from my epson nx130 to my computer
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: At least 4 years old NX 130 TX 130
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: NOne
JA: The printer expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: That is all thank you
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Printer Technician about your situation and then connect you two.

Hi there and welcome

Yes, you can scan from a computer to this printer / scanner.

Can you tell me which version of windows or mac you have? And I can provide the software if you need it.

Thank you

Download the software from my link below

http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?oid=177243&infoType=Downloads

Run the downloaded file to perform the installation.

It will add a program call Espon Scan Utility

Open this program and you use this to do your scanning.

I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.

Else let me know please how you go.
