I have a problem with my Canon MB2320. I got a message on the screen: Error Message B504. I tried to restart the printer, cancel all the jobs, etc. but it didn't work.

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

I did that also more than once. Actually the printer was disconnected for a week. As soon I connected it the same message appears.
