Right click the Windows icon and choose Programs and Features

Then look for Epson in the list of software and click it.

Then click Uninstall

Uninstall each Epson app you see

Once you have uninstall all the Epson software from the list.

Ok. The software comes with Windows 10 already.

Try this.

1. Unplug the printer from your computer for 30 seconds

2. Then plug the printer cable back into your computer

3. Wait for Windows to install the driver automatically (usually 30 seconds)

4. Then try to print to the printer
