I keep get the error message DIFxDriverPackageInstall Error

I keep get the error message DIFxDriverPackageInstall Error = 1006 during the installation process.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: My printer is the Brother HL-3150CDN
JA: Tell me a bit more about what's going on so he can help you best.
Customer: When I'm installing the printer driver it cuts out three-quarters of the way through and comes up with that message. I don't reach the stage "Plug in the USB cable".
JA: Is there anything else the Printer Technician should be aware of?

I'm trying to install the printer on my tablet but I'm not connected to the Internet which is why I'm using my phone to talk to you.

OK. There are three known steps to try. Here they are:

Method 1: Run Internet connection troubleshooter.

a. Press Windows + W key on the keyboard.

b. Type troubleshooting in the search tab and press Enter.

c. Click View all on the left panel.

d. Click Internet Connection, a new window will popup.

e. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Method 2: Try to download the drivers in safe mode with Networking and install them in normal mode.

Refer the section safe mode with networking in the link to start the computer in safe mode with networking.

Note: Please restart the computer to start in normal mode.

Method 3: Temporarily disable anti-virus and check if this helps.

a. Press Windows + X, click Control Panel.

b. Click System and Security.

c. Right, click on Anti-virus system.

d. Click Disable.

I would say to try Number #, 3 first Sir or Madam.
