Hello and thanks for using JustAnswer.
Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cable.Open the printer cover.Check for any orange protective tape/ white polystyrene in the cartridges and remove if necessaryCheck that there are no foreign objects in the printer such as a paper clip etc.Replace everything back and turn ON.
Tell me how it goes!
I am afraid to say it verifies the printer is defective, specifically the purge drive system unit or the logic board. These cost of these parts might exceed the cost of a Replacement printer.
I am extremely sorry for the bad news.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
