Hello, I'm Wes, and I'll be assisting you today.

Expert:  WesPCDr replied 10 months ago.

When this error appears, it means the inner cover (the cover of the disc tray) is open.

Try to open and close the tray.

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
It's says printer error has occurred support code 6000
Expert:  WesPCDr replied 10 months ago.

That is a bit more serious error code.

Let's try to reset the error.

Turn off the printer, and unplug the power cord of the printer from the power supply.

Plug the printer back in and turn the printer back on.

Let me know if the error still displays.

it's still the same situation
Expert:  WesPCDr replied 10 months ago.

Unfortunately, Error 6000 that means that there is an internal hardware error that cannot be reset.

Since the printer is still under warranty, you will need to contact Canon Warranty for a replacement printer.
