I made the mistake of loading already used paper in to use

Customer Question

I made the mistake of loading already used paper in to use the other side. Unfortunately, the "rougher edges" were towards the intake. About 5 pieces are jammed in together
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Do I unplug it?
JA: Tell me a bit more about what's going on so he can help you best.
Customer: Canon MP640
JA: Is there anything else the Printer Technician should be aware of?
Customer: The paper cannot eject
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Printer Technician about your situation and then connect you two.

Hi there and welcome

The first thing is to unplug it from the power socket, then gently grab the paper and pull it through.

Are you able to get the paper to release this way?
