Hello, I am extremely frustrated. I have an Epson XP 820 Expression. I love it. When my laptop went dead I bought a new HP computer. I hooked up the internet and it works just great. I can print anything off my computer. I have been trying to scan a picture to my computer and it keeps telling me I am not connected...what the heck.. Any suggestions.

Is the printer connected to the computer with a USB cable? Or is the connection wireless?
