Unplug it from the Power Protector. Plug it into the wall directly. Let me know of the results.
What is the age of the printer?

And, is it under Warranty?
Do you have a Service Contract on the printer?
What is the closest Major City nearest you?
Excellent. Now the reason for my asking the questions is this. Your Xerox needs to be repaired. Either there is a Power Supply/Transformer issue or there is a Daughter Board/Main Board issue.
My next question is: Do you want an onsite repair to come to you or would you want to take it to a shop Sir or Madam?
Not a problem, though I do have the needed instructions and the repair manual for your printer.
