what windows os you have on the computer?
It must be windows 10 click on the search box and type in dxdiag and hit enter you will see the windows version let me know that.
you can opt for secure remote assistance i can remote connect in that case and can identify the problem and fix it right in front of you. Check for the offer on your screen, If you want to opt for it.
Is it windows Pc or a Mac?
Press the windows key and the R key together then you type in dxdiag and hit enter as you see the search box.
try printing something with colors on it
do the colors show up ?
and it is more likely that the print head is clogged than the ink is out
if you look on the printer menu under ink or tools or maintenance
you should find a way to do an automatic cleaning.
do that a few times and it should straighten out
