Does it happen on photos as well?What about on copies?What type of ink are you using?What type of paper are you using?
Yes, that makes sense.
There are a few possible causes, this could be an alignment issue, but could also be a printhead fault.
Run the nozzle clean (deep clean) at least once more, black only is fine.
Then run through the alignment process in the maintenance menu.
Also make sure your paper settings are on plain (not photo) paper.
