Please follow the steps below: If paper jams in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) while printing, follow these steps to clear the jam from the ADF and the ADF rollers on the scanner lid.Press the Power button to turn off the printer, and then disconnect the power cord from the wall socket or power strip.Open the ADF cover.Figure : Open the ADF coverRemove any jammed paper visible in the input tray area. Use both hands to slowly pull out the jammed paper to avoid tearing the paper.Figure : Remove any jammed paperClose the ADF cover.Figure : Close the ADF coverLift the document feeder input tray to provide better access to the document feeder output bin, and then remove any jammed paper from the output area.Figure : Lift the document feeder input tray, and then remove any jammed paperOpen the scanner lid. If there is paper jammed behind the white plastic backing, gently pull it out.Figure : Open the scanner lid, and then remove any jammed paperClose the scanner lid.Figure : Close the scanner lidReconnect the power cord to the wall outlet or power strip, and then press the Power button to turn the printer on.Try to print again.

I've done all the above - the paper that was jammed was removed but the sign "jam in paper printer path" remains

Do you have compressed Air or a Vacuum hose handy?

OK, please Blow Out or Vacuum along the Paper Path to blow out any Paper or Debris that may be there. Also, this will move any debris from the sensors that detact jams with in the Printer. Chime in and let me know of your results.

Please try the steps below: 1. On the product control panel (touchscreen), touch the Setup button (looks like a grey cog)2. Scroll to and touch the Service menu.3. Scroll to and touch the Restore Defaults button, and then touch the OK button.The product automatically restarts.

I'd have to check, but need stuff printed now - so warranty or not - not going to help - especially if I have to drag it into a repair center.
