i am getting an error code 0x69. i have turned the printer off as directed but nothing changes

I am really sorry about the long delay. Just in case you still want to continue, I am adding information below: Usually when the error 0x69 occurs the printer needs to be repaired or replaced. However we can try the following: 1- Remove and reinsert the ink cartridges. Also, are you using genuine cartridges? Or generic/refilled ones? 2- We can use a printhead cleaning kit, let me know if you are interested in this. I apologize again about the long delay. Thanks,John
