Hello
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Hi Pete. Thanks for getting back to me. I want to click the secure connect button but I see it costs $35. Is that in addition to the balance I will already owe you guys?
Expert:  Electronics Pete replied 11 months ago.
Yes, secure remote assistance is an additional charge, however we can proceed without it if you prefer. To set up your LaserJet All in One 3055 for scanning yourself, see page 18 of the user guide:http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c00564180Reply back and let me know how you get on!Pete.

Pete, I’m not going to go with the remote assistance.
I followed your instructions and when I tried to install it I got an error message saying my computer is not supported and that the supported OS’s are Windows 2000 & Windows XP.
What now?

You will need to install the latest Windows 10 drivers from the HP website:http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=1140780
