We have a Sharp XE-A107 cash register. The replacement inks we purchase are either dry or dry in patches and does not print clearly. We are using the correct paper. The machine is only two year old. We want to purchase new inks and would like to know why we are getting inferior products. We do not live anywhere close to a distributor and buy in bulk but we are now buying two at a time but still have the drying problem. Please advise what the problem might be before we purchase again?
