Can I remotely connect to your computer, so I can troubleshoot this issue with you?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I don't have the extra dollars for remote connection. Can you please just tell me what to do? I'm using Windows 10 and it's a Brother printer
Expert:  Cody replied 1 year ago.

If it's connected to the wireless network it may have grabbed a new ip address.

Run the below program to see what the IP address is.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I'm not happy with this. My question is not answered. Ran the program you sent and got a list of IP numbers but have no idea what to do with them
Expert:  Cody replied 1 year ago.

look for one that has a random name or something with Brother in it, you're looking for the IP address of the printer

From there put the ip address into a web browser to confirm it's the printer example
