Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.
The Paper Source setting could specify a Paper Tray, or it could say 'Cassette' or 'Manual Feed'.
You find the Paper Source setting in either the program's print settings (that you are printing from), or more likely in the printer's driver settings, or in the printer's own settings.
On a Windows PC, the Paper Source setting would be in
Control Panel - Devices and Printers - right-click on the printer's icon there, and choose the Properties.
That's where a Windows PC's printer driver settings are. Correct the Paper Source setting, then click on OK until the Properties sheet closes, to save the changed setting.
What "Paper Source" settings are now set? in the driver settings.
In the printer's driver settings on the computer, that is.
the paper has to be correct in the page setup as well as the print setup
