Customer Question

I have a HP Envy 4500 e all in one series printer. I was working perfectly. I took my laptop to another area and had to use a different printer and now when I am back home my computer will not print to the printer que. I checked to make sure the printer was checked as default. But it still didn't connect. It was also online. so I check the printer properties, it said it had no driver installed. So I removed the printer and tried to reinstall it, now it won't install properly, just the scanner part shows up.
