You said that, you have lost the "Solution menu ex" then, you should download the "Solution menu ex" program.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but do not understand why don't you find the button, as soon as you click the name of the program, a red download button should appear below it. I have rechecked the link many times and I am able to see the download button.
OK, when you click the download button, did you get a option to save the file or it just started to download automatically ?

If you are able to install the software and still facing the same problem then, it seems the problem is with some system files of MAC OS, I am out of ideas, I will open the question for the other experts.

I think that if we talk on the phone and i can remote in there i can fix it if i see exactly what is going on
i can drop the price of the additional service some but thats all i can do really if you want it fixed
