Hi, my C460 printer/scanner is not allowing me to scan. I am getting a message that the scanner is not selected or not connected or it is busy with another scan job. None of these is correct. I am able to print, but the Easy Document Creator application on my PC does not recognise the scanner. What should I do?

Wi Fi. Windows. It is a corporate machine so I can't load any software without support.

ok...please open control panel...click on devices and printers

right click on printer icon..let me know if you get an option of start scan in the menu that pops up
