I have replaced the WT Box after getting the WT Box error.

I have replaced the WT Box after getting the WT Box error. One month later, we are getting the same error code and the printer will not print. Please help! Do I buy another new WTBox? Do I try to clean one of the old ones?

It might be best, ***** ***** are using the WTBox as a print server, to reconfigure either this WT Box or an old one, into a print server once more.
